| 1st Week | Orientation | Detailed Presentation on business ideas Preliminary discussions on ideas acceptance and suggested, modification. Final selection of the Business Idea after review and feedback |
| 2nd to 6th Week | Business Plan Development | The participants will be given hand holding by mentors and experts who will work closely with each of them in development of sound business plan ready to be rolled out as business venture. |
| 7th to 8th Week | Presentation of Business Plan | Each participants will present the business plan to FI’s Banks, venture capital funds to ensure funds for business roll out |
| 9th to 11th Week | Completion of Statutory requirements for setting up business (Completion of legal formalities for formation of business enterprises | Participants based on the enterprise model will complete the legal and statutory formalities for completion of legal business entity |
| 12th Week | Preparation of business launch and roll out | Each Participant will now start working on development of the product/services prototype for launch. |
| 20th week to 52nd week | Selection for incubation for carrying business | This stage is the actual commencement and maturing of business before exit at the end of one year. |
